Squarespace: stores website form submissions and analytics data.

Google Drive (Google Workspace): stores booking information, customer details, and signed contracts. Data is encrypted and protected by Google’s security infrastructure.

Tide (Business Banking): when customers make a payment to us via bank transfer, basic transaction information such as payer name, reference, and payment amount may appear in our Tide banking records. Tide processes this information securely in accordance with UK financial regulations.

Only authorised team members have access to your information.

6. Third Parties We Share Data With

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Squarespace – hosting, forms, analytics
  • Google Workspace / Google Drive – email and storage of booking information and contracts
  • MailerLite – marketing emails (opt-in users only)
  • Tide – banking provider that processes incoming payments
